Our state-of-the-art facility in Lake Charles, Louisiana is equipped with a 12’ x 12’ x 25’ OSHA-compliant spray booth, an 8’ x 8’ x 10’ burn-off oven, and three industrial curing ovens. These ovens range in size from 4’ H x 4’ W x 4’ L to our largest 10’ H x 10’ W x 25’ L unit, enabling us to efficiently handle projects ranging from small components to large-scale equipment.

Each project begins with professional surface preparation using non-silica blasting media along with an OSHA and EPA approved dust collection system. Along with our large Burn-off oven and Greensolv wheel solution the entire process ensures a clean, uniform profile for superior coating adhesion that also protects the environment. We then apply high-quality powder coatings tailored to your specifications, offering a wide range of finishes—including standard, metallic, and candy colors—engineered to resist corrosion, chemicals, and UV exposure.
